NorthBoundaries operates strictly as an automated document preparation and state lodgement service platform. NorthBoundaries is not a law firm, CPA firm, or accounting advisory practice, and does not provide legal advice, financial advice, or formal tax planning. Users requiring specific jurisdictional legal or tax advice must consult independent certified legal and tax professionals in their country of residence.
You represent and warrant that all personal data, identity documentation (passports, national IDs), company naming choices, and business activity representations submitted through NorthBoundaries and Stripe Identity are authentic, valid, and legally accurate. You assume full legal responsibility for state compliance and beneficial ownership disclosures.
Mandatory government filing fees (e.g. Wyoming Secretary of State $100, New Mexico Secretary of State $50) are disbursed directly to government registries. Once an application has been processed or submitted to the relevant Secretary of State or the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), fees become strictly non-refundable due to non-recoverable government disbursements.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, NorthBoundaries and its directors, officers, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or statutory damages resulting from government delays, IRS operational processing backlogs, or bank account rejection decisions made independently by third-party financial institutions (e.g. Mercury, Wise, Brex, Stripe).
