To form and maintain compliant US business entities, NorthBoundaries collects personal identifiable information necessary for statutory registry filings:

  • Founder contact information (Legal Name, Primary Email Address).
  • Residential and physical address records.
  • Verified government identification (via encrypted Stripe Identity sessions).
  • Company specifications, proposed trade names, and corporate activities.

02. How Information is Utilized

Your personal and corporate data is utilized strictly for the execution of official government filings:

  • Preparation of Articles of Organization filed with the Wyoming or New Mexico Secretary of State.
  • Filing Form SS-4 for official IRS Employer Identification Number (EIN) allocation.
  • Provision of statutory Registered Agent services.
  • Direct transactional notifications regarding your formation status.

03. Bank-Grade Encryption & Storage

We do not sell, broker, or monetize your personal data. All identity information, database records, and formation certificates are encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256 protocol standards. Payment transaction data is processed securely through Stripe PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure.

04. Third-Party Service Providers

Data is shared only with mandatory infrastructure providers necessary to fulfill your formation: Secretary of State portals, the Internal Revenue Service, Stripe for payment processing and KYC identity verification, and Supabase for secure cloud storage.
